The trainers of 3Masters work within the field of training. They are specialized and work on the content of the training every day. At 3Masters, we think it is important that trainers: have a rich experience and are enthusiastic about conveying it to the participants.
Together with the trainers, we strive for an optimal ratio between trainer and participants.
As a result, we work with training groups of about 12 participants, so there is a good balance between experience, knowledge and skills.
The training courses can be organized both in-company and virtually. Together with the customer, we look at what is best for the participants. Everything is possible and our trainers are flexible.
We will discuss the moment of the training with the customer. Morning, afternoon and evening is possible.
