About the course
The masterclass starts with an interactive introduction to the theme of ‘integrity as professional responsibility’. It discusses current events, the underlying meanings given to the concept of integrity, and the importance of integrity for the employees themselves, for the organization and for the sector. On the basis of their own practical situations, the participants formulate the most urgent problems and questions, and jointly search for responsible solutions. During the session, the participants are given practical tools for this.
During the session, a step-by-step plan is used to structure thinking about integrity issues together. This step-by-step plan will also be used to briefly introduce a number of theoretical and philosophical backgrounds. The discussion of the dilemmas also yields ‘mores prudence’: deeper insight into the moral working style of the organization, which can be recorded for the future.
