This training provides you with the knowledge and skills to use ChatGPT/Copilot and AI, explores their potential for business operations, and offers guidance on preventing misuse.

Starting in February 2025, the European AI Act will require companies to ensure AI literacy within their organization. Employees must have a basic understanding of AI, including its risks and ethical aspects, so they can use AI safely and responsibly.

Building AI-Assistants to facilitate real trust work

This fully hands-on workshop guides trust professionals to move from ‘simply using AI’ to actually ‘building AI-Assistants’ to use in their own work. Participants will create Custom GPTs in ChatGPT and/or Agents in Microsoft Copilot that can support analysis, summarize documents, answer domain-specific questions, and streamline repetitive tasks.

Rather than having participants listen the whole time to theory and ‘war stories’, the workshop facilitates participants in practicing with the practical application to their personal work context. Participants learn how to design AI-Assistants that fit their own workflows, business context, and professional standards.
The program consists of the following components:

📌 Understand the role of GPTs and Agents in professional and financial use cases
📌 Design effective prompts and instructions for AI assistants
📌 Build Custom GPTs and Agents step-by-step
📌 Create Assistants that support work on topics such as IFRS, ESG, tax, and internal policies
📌 Use AI for summarization, structuring information, and analytical support
📌 Apply AI in a safe and responsible way, especially when working with sensitive information
Professionals in finance, legal, compliance, and tax who want practical, build-focused AI skills.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:

✅ Know how to tailor AI solutions to their own professional environment
✅ Be able to save time on recurring tasks and focus more on higher-value work
