Value Based Management

Master value creation with the Value Based Management course by 3Masters.

  • Why is profitability not the same as value creation?
  • How do you truly determine the value of a project or company?

In the Value Based Management course by 3Masters, you’ll discover how to shift from profit-driven thinking to value-driven strategy. Learn to make smarter, future-focused decisions based on financial logic, strategic insights, and a deep understanding of what really drives value.

Why are profitability and value creation of a company not the same? What are present value and cost of capital, and how are they related to value?

What you will learn:

✅ How to apply the Value Based Management approach to drive long-term growth and sustainable success.
